A much needed brake.....

So I have been baby-sitting for the last 2 weeks and need a brake (Erica thinks I should do a count down I may look into that) LOL!!   So me and the girls went out for some Sushi (yea me and Ronalyn tricked Erica into coming with us)  she was not happy with us. (don't worry Erica next time you can pick LOL!!)

I can text and eat @ the same time see!!LOL

We went to "i love Sushi" it was okay (not Peters)

We did a California roll and a Crunch roll (YUMMMY for all the sushi lovers)!!!

Then off to the movies to see "House Bunny"!!!

I think all we did was laugh the whole time.

 

As you can see we even look tired (well me and Ronalyn do I think Erica could of kept going as all ways)!!!  She keeps us young LOL!  We also have been doing some ichating but could not up load the photo;(   The kids and I went to the Alaska State fair but I don't have my Digital camera so waiting for the the photos to get developed ( how did we function with out our digital cameras)!! 

The Good Old days....

Who remembers the candy we grew up on or the drinks?  Well when Rick was growing up his dad would stop by the local store (were every one new everyone by name) and would get them a YOO-HOO!!!   Well the other day Rick treated the kids to one they loved it.  If you can't tell by there faces. LOL!!

I remember more of the candy then any thing like:  Now and Laters, Bottle caps,  The gummies that were shaped like soda bottles (and tasted like cola), the paper straw that had cool-aid in them (came in all flavors).  When we go to the Alaska Fair they have a store with all the good candy in it.  I love being able to tell the kids all about it.

Ist Day Of School for Olivia!!!!

Today was Olivia's 1st day of school as a 1st grader.  I think I may of been more excited and nervous for her then she was.  As she got up this morning by her self and got dressed (she acts so grown up some times) I got her breakfast and did her hair then it was picture time (say cheese!).  Rick took her to school and she was so excited about that.  So as my eyes watered up I said bye with a big kiss and a big smile on hers as I said "bye 1st grader"!!

Then my loving hubby calls me right away as he drops her off to give me all the details:

                                               Rick: Hey she did great, her teacher is really nice

                                               Me: AWWW then what?

                                               Rick: Then her Kindergarden teachers (from last year) stopped by to say hi to all the kids

                                                Me: AWWW (as I'm crying) that just makes me cry

                                                Rick: I know me too

                                        Rick & Me: LOL!!!!!!!!  (he is so silly)

But he always know how to keep me smiling or laughing so I don't stay sad about our little girl growing up.  I can she him doing the same thing with all her 1st everything!!!!!!(love him so much)

Got to see her friend in the parking lot!!!

This is were she will be for the next year!!!

Scrap Weekend!!!!

I would like to start this blog by sending a BIG thank you to my girlfriend (Ronalyn) for taking photos of my fam.  She is sooooooooo sweeet!!! thanks girl your the best;)

So on Friday I took Olivia to meet her teacher and to see her NEW class room as a 1st grader.  (Oh my goodness were does the time go)!!

Then Friday nite was a great time I really think if we all planed to scrap @ the store it would of not worked.  But we all were together having a great time scraping til 2 in the morning (how crazy is that Im sure thats what the cop was thinking when I got a ticket)!!!!

I know you all are tired of reading and seeing us together all time but were not LOL!!!!  Yeas after all that we got together and went SHOPPING on Sunday!!!

Baby Sitting....

I will be baby sitting these two cuties until December.  There mom is a teacher here in Anchorage.  They are so sweet and my kids enjoy playing with them.  The kids were playing safari.

A Quick REView of What i Have Been Doing

Today was one of Rick's late nights @ work.  So the kids and I went to Red Robin!!  i like the 3 cheese burger (straight up fating) the kid always split something (because they love the fries) and better then fries is the "CHOCOLATE SHAKE" we split that too. Yummy;0

A quite photo before the food gets here (every one say cheese for the 4th time)!!LOL

Then as you are waiting the coasters have these silly jokes that I had to post!!LOL

Then on Monday....

Erica and I took in some sun shine (feel good on your skin) and make you look good too!!

While we were chilling out the kids were playing in the water.  They were having so much fun!!

Addison was to even though I got a crying photo of her (really she was faking it)LOL!!!

Then later that night I asked Erica (and the girls) to stay for dinner.  We talked and of course we could not have dinner with out are other girlfriend.  Ronalyn and Izzy came over after a while.  After dinner Ronalyn gave us a quick lesson on Digital scrap-booking (do you think I remember NO!!!)LOL 

Olivia decided to give all the girls make overs after dinner.  Don't they look so pretty.  They were having desert out side on the deck.  Some of them are dress- up also!!  Too cute;)

Then on Sunday...

Erica and I decided to go work out @ the YMCA (every time I say it I think of the song) and Rick watched the kids (what a guy) we got on the treadmills and ran for 30 min.  We have to do that again girl!!!  

This was the kids when we got back everyone changed into there pjs and were watching a move happy as pie.

 

Hanging out with some friends!!!

We had a great group of friends come over for dinner on Saturday night.  Well lets just say the girls were already friends now it was the husbands turn to get to know each other. 

So this is them bonding!!LOL

 

So cooked my Spanish dinner (not Mexican) for everyone which I enjoy to do.

Then for Desert was a chocolate fountain (this was Erica's dream come true)LOL!!!

This was a lot of fun definitely will do again for sure. (YUM)

Then after I told everyone what the name of the food was it was time to eat;0

Even the kids got all in it!!

This is what Erica was waiting for to be able to dig into the chocolate!! (by the way her and I did work out the next day so its all good)!!

I really think this was the hit of the night!!

Then Ronalyn, me, and Erica were acting silly while Rudy took

some photos of us!!!

Then it was time to take the party down stairs to play the Wii

first up was Logan and Rudy playing tennis.

Then Erica and Caelan had a dance off with Dance-Dance

Then we have half of the Barut Fam just loving to be away for the BASE!!!LOL

It was really nice to hang out with a group of girls and guys that we all got along even the kids did great.  It is such a blessing to be comfortable and have some clean FUN!!!
