What A Weekend!!!

My hubby had to work all weekend;( he was gone Thursday-Sunday.  but the nice thing about it was that we got to join him at Alyeska.  It was nice but the kids were just wanting to swim morning, noon, and night!! 

So when we got there we got ready to go to dinner with Rick....

When we get there we run into some long time friends that joined us;)

i had to take pictures of the 'DESERT"!!!

Then Rick decided to take the kidos swimming after dinner

After breakfast the next day 

I took the kids swimming again 

and we meet up with liTTle Eizabel(i used to take care of her 2yrs. ago)

Then we had to get out of the pool and walk around

Then they had a October Fest it was a trip

it was folk music and the kids had a ball!!!

 now I'm tied and need to get some sleep from the weekend ;0 

CraZy Hair Day????

I should of named this blog "Mom's Day"(and it wasn't my Birthday either).  My Hubby did not have to be to work until 10:00 am (got to love those days) so he said you sleep in and I will do your morning routine.  At first I thinking but you have to.... and you need to.... then I said to myself he'll be fine(lol)!!!  So I think my girlfriend Erica put it just right when she said 

"When you can sleep in you can't, its when you can't sleep in when you want to" (did you get that?) anyway I got up @ 8:00 am;( so much for sleeping in. It was nice while it lasted.

So Olivia had craZy hair day @ school

and guess who had to do her hair..   

You guessed right DAD did it lol!!!

Then Rick get home with Hunter and Jack about 8:20 am to see a little moose eating the 

neighbors flowers

We have been in Alaska for about 13 years and we still are amazed to see the wild life

We were keeping our distance it was a small guy so were is "mom"?

Then Off he goes....

Hunter and Jack went to the back to play later that morning

and Hunter finds this chunk of snow had to take a photo!!

Hunter and I have been trying to add some type of school work in the day

one of the things he had to do was draw 3 of something.  At first he was upset cause he wanted to draw his whole family put knew some one would be left out then he deiced to do this....

It is so cute he added "belly buttons"lol!!

Then later in the day Rick and Hunter bought me a TREADMILL from Sam's

I had a reality check after seeing this video.  At times we get so craZy busy with our lives we for get to take a moment look around us and see someone else life.  Then say we don't have it so bad at all.....

Weekend Re-cap!!!

Well as most of you know Rick always has the kids on Saturday but this was my weekend with them!! Soo off we go @ 8:30 am to get breakfast @ Village (one of my breakfast spots

Ihop is my second).  Rick had my car so we are in his little "White Lightning"!!!

 

 

This is us before the food is ready!!  We still have morning eyes!!LOL!!

Hunter has to organize everything in its place before he eats!!!LOL

Then Hunter want a photos with all the pies (he's like me loves the sweets)!!

Then we were off to meet some friends from Grace to see "Beverly Hills Chihuahua"

it is a must see so FUNNY the kids were cracking up!!

Olivia does not want pictures!! lol

I try to tell her she has a scrap-booking mom lol!! 

every ones happy!!

Then I was off to help my girlfriend (Ron) to do a wedding!!

While I was there Rick went off to Alaska's nature.

To see if him can get (kill) a bear no luck but

came back with some awesome photos of the area he was at!!

On Sunday after church the kids wanted to do "Rodeo" with Rick

(some thing he came up with when thy were young)

he puts a belt around his legs and starts bucking the kids for a 8 second count!!

Then Olivia!  They love it.

So I was really thinking about blogging this or not but

we do live in Alaska and its bound to happened sooner or later

this was the back yard on Sunday around 4:30 pm

Yep its that white stuff!!!lol

Well thats my weekend and here comes Monday!!!
